Ken Blackwell understands what went wrong with the Republican Party over the last few years. More importantly, he offers solutions and how to get the GOP back on track to being the majority party that it should be. Being a grassroots activist I was very impressed with the GOTV/Online Army portion of the Blackwell manifesto. Anyone who calls themself a conservative and isn't impressed with this 44 page masterstroke (which rivals The Contract with America IMO) isn't a conservative. This document validates the endorsements of Pat Toomey,Ed Meese, James Dobson, L. Brent Bozell et. al As a party we've had the Reagan Era, the Gingrich Era and the Bush Era.
