Gov. Kristi Noem of South Dakota has filed a lawsuit against President Joe Biden’s administration after it decided to cancel 4th of July fireworks at Mount Rushmore.
According to new reports coming from Fox News, the suit was just filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota Central Division.
She maintained the administration has “departed from longstanding precedent and reneged on this agreement without any meaningful explanation.”
And she added: “We are asking the court to enjoin the Department of Interior’s (DOI) denial of the fireworks permit and order it to issue a permit for the event expeditiously.”advertisement — content continues below
What it all comes down to is that the Biden administration isn’t willing to let go of the power it has usurped from the average American citizen by using the COVID pandemic as justification for all sorts of big government action.
They want to control our lives and they’ve found the perfect way to do it. Keep people scared out of their minds over this disease, promise to protect and look out for them, and then they’ll comply with whatever you pass down.
Unfortunately, this method of control has proven to be wildly successful.
